The North Fork Tasting Room, located in the Hamlet of Baiting Hollow/Roanoke, North of Riverhead, resides in the restored 100 year old Zdunko barn. (The Lobster Roll Northside occupies the original farmhouse.) It features a beautifully decorated taproom that serves gourmet appetizers, a tapas menu, unique flat breads, and “farmhouse” sandwiches.
