Saturday take a spooky adult Halloween Cruise with the folks at Eastern Seaport Museum in Greenport, then check out costume parties at the Soundview Inn, American Beech and Lucharitos. Foodies won’t want to miss McCall’s Grass Fed Beef & Wine Dinner on Saturday night. When you’ve had enough f Halloween head to Garden of Eve for your last chance to celebrate Oktoberfest.

  • William Ris Gallery: Sherri Wolfgang's "Nick-E-Lo-De-An," Jamesport. Opening reception for Sherri Wolfgang's newest series was inspired by the earliest movies which were short, flickering images creating the illusion of motion. As in the first theaters to show these films more than a century ago, Nick.e.lo.de.on captures individual “frames” of a dancer in motion. The spotlight flickers on and off…and with the contrast of shadow and light recaptures the wonders of the human body and expression. Featuring works by regional artists Roz Dimon, Colin Goldberg, and Han Qin - each artist combining digital technology with various artistic disciplines including painting, drawing, photography, and printmaking in their creative processes.
