  • Halyard Restaurant, The Soundview: Chef's Table: Fluke with Galen Zamarra Greenport. Sound View + The Halyard will host bi-monthly cooking demonstrations and classes with Chef Galen Zamarra. The Halyard Restaurant, which recently opened this past August, features local fish, produce and wines from the North Fork and surrounding regions.   • Greenport Harbor Brewing Company: Artist Michele Dragonetti “Against the Current”, Greenport. On Saturday, September 16, 2017, Greenport Harbor Brewing Company will host a reception for the opening of their new exhibition, “Against the Current,” featuring the photography of Michele Dragonetti. Splitting her time between Manhattan and Amagansett, Michele Dragonetti’s photos primarily focus on the hulls of maritime vessels, capturing them from a looming vantage that highlights their symmetry and geometry. 7-9pm.   • Alex Ferrone Photography Gallery: Perspective Dimension, Cutchogue. Alex Ferrone Gallery on the North Fork is pleased to present the Perceptive Dimension Exhibit featuring two new photographic series by regional artists Carolyn Conrad and Scott Farrell.
