Opera Night at Laurel Lake; North Fork Rosé Crawl; Sunset Bedell Cruise; Lots of Art

Laurel Lake Vineyards hosts the last performance in this year's Rites of Spring Music Festival

The Highlights

Friday June 9 - Sunday June 11

Saturday night the Rites of Spring concludes with Opera performed by soprano Masha Carrera, accompanied on piano by Paolo Bartolani, and a feast of Mediterranean food, chocolate and Laurel Lake wine. Don't miss. However, if you'd rather be on the water instead of amid the vines, join the Bedell cruise on Peconic bay. And if you'd like to play wingo for a good cause, head to Macari Vineyards for a Kait's Angels benefit.

Saturday day, if you like rosé, explore four North Fork vineyards participating in the second annual North Fork Rosé Crawl--Martha Clara, Bridge Lane, Lenz & Osprey's Dominion. Or if you'd like to be on the water, cruise to Bug Lighthouse with the East End Seaport Museum.

Friday and Sunday nights enjoy delicious wine dinners at Caci, or (Friday) visit with a psychic at the Village Cheese Shop or enjoy cocktails at Sylvester Manor while viewing their new exhibit. Sunday afternoon take in a gallery talk at Alex Ferrone Gallery, or enjoy a new exhibit reception at Borghese Vineyards.

And all that's just a smidge of what's going on this weekend...
